Main Course: Grilled Veal Chops with Garlic and Thyme

Ingredients:

• 4 veal chops
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced • Fresh thyme (a handful) • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

1. Rub the veal chops with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
