“Beef & Rainbow Veggie Stir-Fry”

Ingredients:

  • 300g beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry quickly until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked through (around 5-6 minutes).
  4. Toss in the bell peppers and zucchini. Stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped chives before serving.

This is a simple and quick stir-fry that’s packed with color and flavor!
