“Beef & Rainbow Veggie Stir-Fry”
Ingredients:
- 300g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry quickly until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned and fully cooked through (around 5-6 minutes).
- Toss in the bell peppers and zucchini. Stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped chives before serving.
